Returns & Exchange Policy:
- What is your return policy?
- You can return new and refurbished items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be in the same condition as they were when they were purchased. If your item came with tags they must still be attached. All contents included with your purchase must be returned in the same condition. If your item was purchased new, the original box can’t have any significant damage.
- Exchanges are valid for new and refurbished items if at least one is still in stock when your return is started.
- Is there any charge for returns?
- Returns are free if your item meets the requirements stated in our policy. We offer a full refund for the item and associated taxes. Shipping costs from the original purchase are non refundable, but we do cover the shipping costs for returns.
- How do I return an item?
- Contact our support team to start a return. We will provide instructions and a shipping label.
- Is there a charge for exchanges?
- No, exchanges are free for products that were received with any defects. Exchanges must be started within 30 days after purchase.
